Regie.ai started as an AI copywriter for sales sequences and is now an "all-in-one" prospecting platform, RegieOne, that combines AI agents, a contact database, email and social sequences and a parallel dialer. It sells to SDR teams inside mid-market and enterprise companies, not to agencies.
The notable fact: unlike 11x and Artisan, Regie positions agents as helpers to human reps — the dialer only comes bundled with the agents, and the agents feed the reps' calls. That framing has aged better than "digital worker" since the 2025 AI-SDR backlash.
What it sells
Per its February 2025 Series B announcement and a February 2026 pricing breakdown by competitor MarketBetter:
- AI Agents that monitor "100+ signals", source and enrich contacts and draft outreach
- AI parallel dialer calling up to 9 numbers at once — sold only with the agents
- RegieOne database: 220M+ contacts with mobile numbers
- Sequences across email, phone and LinkedIn
- Implementation services: agent configuration, dialer set-up, playbooks
CEO Srinath Sridhar framed it as "a single platform to execute a coordinated prospecting motion ... leveraging AI Agents to automate lower-value tasks" (Pulse 2.0).
How it prices
No public pricing as of October 2026. MarketBetter's third-party estimates (February 2026):
| Team size | Estimated annual cost |
|---|---|
| 3–5 reps | $24,000–48,000 |
| ~10 reps | $60,000–96,000 |
| 20+ reps | $120,000–240,000+ |
Annual contracts are required; components cannot be bought separately.
These are a competitor's estimates, not Regie's price list.
Who uses it and why
Sales-development teams that still make calls and want one tool for list-building, sequencing and dialing — the buyer of Outreach and Salesloft, not of Instantly. See In-house SDR teams and Enterprise RevOps buyers.
Where it is strong
- Phone. A parallel dialer bundled with AI research is a real productivity gain for call-heavy teams, and phone is where cold email's deliverability problems do not apply.
- Investor depth. Series B co-led by Scale Venture Partners and Foundation Capital, with Khosla, StepStone, TriplePoint and South Park Commons (Pulse 2.0). OpenAI's head of startups provided a quote for the release.
- Human-assist positioning, which survived the AI-SDR credibility crash better than full autonomy.
Where it is weak
- Price and contract shape exclude SMBs, founders and agencies.
- Bundling. Buyers who want only the dialer or only the AI copy cannot buy them.
- Crowded middle. It competes with Outreach, Salesloft, Apollo.io and Amplemarket, all of which have added AI agents.
- Email is not the core. Deliverability infrastructure (inbox rotation, warmup, ESP matching) is not where Regie differentiates; see Inbox & domain infrastructure.
Trajectory
| Date | Event |
|---|---|
| Feb 2025 | $30M Series B; RegieOne launched; "300% YoY ARR growth" claimed |
| Feb 2026 | Third-party pricing estimates put entry at ~$24k/yr |
Founding year, total funding and any 2026 milestone (new round, acquisition, ARR) were not verified.
What this means for an entrant
- Not your competitor at launch. Regie fights the enterprise suites. Its existence matters mainly as proof that "AI + human rep" sells better than "AI instead of rep".
- Phone is the multichannel step SMB tools neglect. A lightweight call task or dialer integration in a sequencer answers the same need without a $24k contract — see Multichannel steps.
- Unbundle. Sell AI drafting, reply triage and sending separately and cheaply; Regie's forced bundle is the weak spot.
